Policies, Terms, and Conditions

Business Hours

Regular operating hours are listed on the “Contact” page of our website. Business hours are subject to quarterly updates. Early morning appointments scheduled between 5:00 AM and 7:30 AM will incur an additional fee of $55.00. Evening and weekend appointments are available as listed, with additional fees applicable for after-hours services booked at the discretion of the technician.

Deposits and Payment Policy

• All appointments require a non-refundable or refundable deposit, typically 50% of the total service cost, to confirm booking.

• Deposits may be applied to the final balance, carried forward to a future session, or forfeited per cancellation policy.

• Clients purchasing pre-paid packages are required to submit a $50 refundable deposit per scheduled session.

• Payment plans are available for services exceeding $350.00 upon request and are not automatically applied.

• A credit or debit card may be stored securely on file unless the client opts out during the checkout process.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling to retain their deposit.

• Late Arrivals: Clients arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled time will forfeit their deposit and must reschedule the appointment.

• Touch-Up Appointments: The deposit will be refunded if the client attends on time and has no outstanding balance. Deposits will be forfeited for no-shows, late arrivals, or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice.

• Pre-Paid Package Clients: A missed session without proper notice will result in the forfeiture of one session from the package.

Pre-Paid Package Policy

For clients utilizing a prepaid package (e.g., six brow tinting sessions):

• A $50 refundable deposit is required per appointment and will be returned if the session is completed on time.

• One session will be deducted from the package for no-shows, late arrivals, or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice.

• Touch-up services are not included in promotional packages unless explicitly stated.

Referral Program

Clients may earn a complimentary touch-up by referring two paying clients who complete their sessions in-office. To qualify:

• The referring client must be identified by name at the time of booking.

• Referred clients may redeem special offers by presenting proof of promotion.

• In accordance with HIPAA compliance, referrals without proper client identification are ineligible.

• Eyebrows and More LLC does not honor competitor pricing or external discounts.

Refunds and Service Adjustments

• All services rendered are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated in the cancellation policy.

• A processing fee of $4.80 applies to any client refund.

• If dissatisfied with a service result, clients must contact the studio within two weeks of the recommended healing period to schedule a complimentary adjustment, subject to technician evaluation.

• Refunds are not granted for changes of preference or services altered by a third party.

• Services previously adjusted or corrected elsewhere are not eligible for complimentary adjustments.

Multi-Service Bookings

All bundled services (e.g., facial packages or brow bundles) follow the same cancellation policy. Missed or late appointments will result in the forfeiture of one session from the package.

Guest Policy

To ensure a calm, professional, and hygienic environment:

• No guests are permitted in treatment rooms, including spouses, children, friends, or pets.

• Clients under the age of 18 are not permitted on the premises.

• Eating is not allowed in the reception or treatment areas.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

• Cash (no fee)

• Zelle, Venmo, Square

• Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tab

Note: All credit and debit card transactions are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Services Offered

Eyebrows and More LLC provides the following professional services:

Permanent Makeup:
Microblading, ombre brows, powder brows, microshading, eyeliner tattoo, lip blush, dark lip neutralization, touch-ups, tooth gems

Esthetic Services:
Custom facials, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, nano-infusion, LED light therapy, high frequency, skin masks

Body & Waxing:
Body wraps, full-body and facial waxing

All services are performed by licensed, experienced professionals using high-quality, sanitized tools and equipment.

Touch-Up Services

Touch-ups are typically scheduled 6 to 8 weeks following the initial permanent makeup procedure. Additional touch-up sessions may be recommended based on:

• Oily or problematic skin

• Pigment retention issues

• Adherence to aftercare instructions

Returning clients should schedule using the appropriate booking category:

• Eyebrow Touch-Up 3–11 Months

• Eyebrow Touch-Up 12+ Months

• Lip Color Boost 3–11 Months

• Lip Color Boost 12+ Months

Clients with Previous Brow Tattoos

Eyebrows and More LLC reserves the right to decline services over previous work. Clients must submit clear photos of their existing tattoos for approval prior to booking.

Gratuities

Tipping is not required but is always appreciated for exceptional service.

Client Acknowledgment and Disclaimer

Permanent makeup and esthetic services involve a healing process and variable results. Clients are informed of the following:

• Final results are not guaranteed and depend on individual skin type, aftercare, lifestyle, and medical factors.

• Instructions will be provided for both pre-care and after-care.

• Excessive bleeding, poor aftercare, or certain medications may affect pigment retention or service outcome.

Return and Refund Policy

1. No Refunds After Service
   Refunds will not be issued after the completion of any permanent makeup or esthetic services, including but not limited to:

• Microblading, ombre powder, lip blush, eyeliner, dark lip neutralization, tooth gems

• Touch-ups, microneedling, LED, waxing, facials, dermaplaning, body wraps, nano-infusion, and high frequency

   Deposits are required for full-price services and are non-refundable once the service is performed.

2. Refund Eligibility
   Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice may qualify for a deposit refund.

8. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of Maricopa County, Arizona, and any disputes shall be resolved through the Superior Court of Arizona.

9. SMS Terms and Conditions

10. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier.
